Faculty Staff Housing, a division of the Office of the Provost, provides a variety of programs and information to help eligible Stanford Faculty make the transition into a new home as smooth as possible. The University Terrace community has completed the 10-Phased Master Plan and the sale program transitioned from a Lottery Sales Program to a Direct Sales Program. The roadmap below includes all of the pertinent steps necessary to purchase a new condominium home at University Terrace.
