First Come, First Served Condominium Home Selection Appointment Scheduling.
Purchase contracts, community disclosures, and other documents will be available after home selections.
Purchase Consultants will be
coordinating contract signing
7 Days after the Home Selection Appointment.
A contract deposit of $4,000
will be required.
FSH will be coordinating appointments for lease and loan documents to be signed approximately one (1) week before you close escrow.
The title company will provide an estimated closing statement that includes the amount you will need to pay one (1) day before the projected close of escrow. The funds must be sent via a wire transfer or cashier's check to the title company.
The home is now yours, arrangements will be made for you to pick up your keys.
